Meditation Mentorship Program Audio Pre-Recorded
 
Welcome to my 8 week Meditation Mentorship Program that was fully created by myself with design help from Mark Prosser Design!
 
This audio program is 8 weeks in length and allows you to learn at your own pace with the convenience of listening to the program while driving, at home or anywhere you'd like to learn. 
 
What is different about the audio program vs the live program is that I am not teaching you in a live group setting. You still get the same information and the same handouts.
 
Whats included in your zip file:
1 Welcome audio recording
8 audio recordings which include a centering meditation, lesson and closing meditation.
8 weeks of lesson handouts ranging from 2-6 pages in length with a notes page.
